• Crash and diagnostics data to monitor reliability and fix technical issues.
• Technical identifiers provided by platforms/services (for example, app instance identifiers or device-level identifiers exposed by analytics/crash systems).

App-specific detail — including which apps use Firebase, which request device permissions like microphone or location, and which are fully offline with no data collection at all — is in each app's own policy linked above.

• To provide and maintain our Services.
• To improve performance, security, and user experience.
• To troubleshoot bugs and prevent abuse.

3. Third-party services

Some apps use third-party providers such as Firebase (Google) for analytics, crash reporting, or authentication. These providers may process technical data under their own policies. See each app's individual policy for which services it uses.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers only as needed to operate, secure, and improve our Services.

5. Data retention

Retention varies by product and data type. Locally stored preferences generally remain on-device until removed by the user. Service-side analytics and diagnostics retention follows provider and operational settings.
