AI Resilience Privacy Policy

This policy describes how AI Resilience, developed by DreamCrafter Innovations LLC ("we", "us", "our"), handles data. It supplements our general privacy policy, which covers the website and practices common to all of our apps.

What AI Resilience collects and how it's used

• Your register (item names, categories, due dates, owner names, notes and verification history) is stored on your device. An account is not required to use the app.
• Optional account: if you choose to back up, restore or share reminders, you sign in with your email address using a one-time link (no password). Your register, verification history and business name are then stored in our database (hosted with Supabase) so they can be restored on another device. Photos are never uploaded.
• Reminder emails to someone else: if you enter another person's email address on an item, we first send that address one email asking the owner to confirm (it names your business and includes a link to confirm and a link to block us from ever emailing that address; it does not include the item name). Reminders for that item (item name, due date and your business name) are sent only after they confirm, each with links to stop them. We ask an address at most once every 30 days, and limit how many confirmation emails one account can trigger per day. We keep the address, its confirmed or blocked status and when it was asked so those choices are honored. They do not get an account or see your register.
• Optional AI setup: if you use "Let AI set this up for me", the business type and the description you type are sent through our relay to Anthropic's Claude to write suggested items. Our relay does not keep a copy of your description; to limit abuse it checks your sign-in token (an account is needed for this feature) and keeps only a daily request count per account. Please do not include passwords, codes or personal details. Nothing is added to your register until you confirm it.
• Subscriptions: purchases are handled by Apple or Google, and subscription status is checked through RevenueCat. We do not see your payment details.
• Reminders are notifications created on your device; they do not need an account.
• No advertising, and no analytics or tracking SDKs.

Third-party services

When the related features are turned on, AI Resilience uses: Supabase (account and backup), Resend (reminder emails), Cloudflare (relay for AI setup), Anthropic (AI suggestions), and RevenueCat with Apple App Store or Google Play (subscriptions). AI Resilience does not use third-party advertising or tracking services.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data processed by the services listed above is handled under their own policies, solely to operate AI Resilience.

Your choices

• Sign out at any time in Settings; your register stays on your device.
• Delete your account in Settings to permanently delete everything stored in it. "Reset all data" clears this device.
• Anyone receiving an email from us can stop it, or block all emails to their address, with the links in that email. If they do nothing, a confirmation request sends no reminders.
• You can request support or ask questions at contactus@dreamcrafterinnovations.com.

Children

AI Resilience is a business tool for adults. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
